Reservation Policy

At LILY’S, we are dedicated to providing a curated, seamless experience for every guest. To ensure we can accommodate our diners with the highest standard of service and hospitality, we have established the following guidelines for group bookings.

Group Bookings (6 Diners or More)

For larger gatherings, the following policy applies to all group bookings of 6 diners or more.

Confirmation Details

To finalize your booking, kindly provide your full name and email address to our staff.

Holding Deposit

To secure your table, we require a holding deposit of $10.00 per diner. This payment can be processed conveniently via credit card, PayNow (using the QR code provided by our staff), or by transferring directly to our UEN: 201915960DMAX.

Final Settlement

We want your experience to be as smooth as possible; therefore, your deposit will be fully offset from your final bill at the end of your dining experience.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans may change. A full refund of your deposit will be provided for any cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation.
